Recording that stands up when the regulator calls.

Capture every regulated conversation across Teams, telephony and your contact center — tamper-proof, encrypted, and retrievable in minutes. Run by the team that already manages your voice estate.

What you get

Built to run, not just to demo.

1

Capture everything that must be kept

Calls, meetings, chat and screen share, recorded automatically by policy — no agent remembering to press a button, no gaps for the audit to find.

2

Tamper-proof retention

Encrypted, geo-redundant storage with rule-based retention and automatic deletion at expiry. You keep exactly as long as the rule says — keeping too long is a finding too.

3

Find it before the deadline

Search by speaker, number, date or keyword, replay in the browser, and hand over evidence in minutes — with every access logged in the audit trail.

Compliance Recording — product preview
  • Recording policy enforced automatically, not by memory
  • Dual encryption, role-based access, full audit trail on every replay
  • Runs on the voice estate we already manage — one accountable team

Proof, not promises

ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II operations, audited annually — the same controls your recording estate inherits from day one.

Built for the audit

Close the gap between what you record and what you can actually review.

A 150-seat regulated team generates well over 100,000 hours of conversations a year. A manual QA team can listen to barely one percent of that — the other ninety-nine is where the risk lives. Policy-driven capture plus AI-assisted review is how you close the gap without tripling headcount.

1

Built for the rulebooks you answer to

MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, FCA, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA — and the record-keeping expectations regional regulators like MAS and BNM actually cite in your reviews.

2

Policy-based capture

Record by rule — team, direction, number range, platform. The policy decides what's captured; nobody's memory is a control.

3

Storage an auditor can trust

Tamper-proof, geo-redundant, dual-encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access and four-eyes controls for sensitive replays.

4

Retention to the day

Keep each recording exactly as long as its rule requires, delete automatically at expiry, and apply legal hold when a matter opens.

5

Search, replay, prove

Find a conversation by speaker, counterparty, date or keyword and replay it in the browser — with the access itself logged for the audit trail.

6

AI-assisted review

Transcribe every recording, flag risk phrases and disclosure gaps, and surface the calls your QA team should hear — coverage of all of it, not a sample.

The difference

Why Sparvia for compliance recording?

Recording is only as trustworthy as the estate it runs on. Ours runs on the SBC and Teams infrastructure we already operate — with the audit paperwork to match.

Coverage without headcount

AI review reads every conversation, so your QA team investigates findings instead of sampling blindly.

One estate, one owner

Capture happens on infrastructure we already run for you — no second vendor pointing fingers when a recording is missing.

Audit-ready retrieval

Regulator requests answered in minutes with a search, not weeks with a project team.

Right-sized retention

GDPR cuts both ways — automatic expiry deletion means you're never holding personal data longer than the rule allows.

Deployed where data must live

Shared cloud, private cloud in-region, or on-premise behind your own SBCs — same platform, same controls.

Certified operations

ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, audited annually — evidence your security review can file, not marketing to verify.

Who runs on it

Who needs it?

Any team whose conversations are evidence.

See solutions by industry

Banking and trading floors

Client verification, advisory and dealing lines recorded to regulatory standard — with retrieval your compliance team can run themselves.

Insurance and wealth advisory

Advice given over the phone is advice you must be able to replay — years later, word for word.

Contact centers taking payments

PCI DSS-conscious capture with pause-and-resume around card details, so compliance doesn't leak card numbers into storage.

Healthcare and public services

Sensitive conversations kept private, retained to policy, and accessible only to the roles that genuinely need them.

Straight answers

Questions we get on every call.

Which platforms can be recorded?

Microsoft Teams calls, meetings, chat and screen share; PSTN and SIP telephony through the SBCs we manage; Zoom; and the major contact center platforms. If it runs through your voice estate, it can be captured under policy.

Where do the recordings live?

Your choice: shared cloud, a private cloud in a compliant region, or on-premise storage behind your own infrastructure. Retention rules, encryption and access controls are identical in all three — only the residency changes.

Who can access recordings, and is that tracked?

Access is role-based, sensitive replays can require four-eyes approval, and every search, replay and export is written to a tamper-proof audit trail. When the auditor asks who listened to a call, the answer is a report, not an investigation.

How does this square with GDPR and data minimization?

Retention is per-rule, not blanket. Each recording carries an expiry date from its policy and is deleted automatically when it lapses, unless a legal hold applies. Subject-access searches are built in, so a DSAR is a query — not a fire drill.
